I actually see it quite a bit in photos people post on here, so I assume those folks are also using DeNoise and just not noticing what it's doing. This discovery came as I was getting pretty terrible NR performance on my images, blotchy and with inaccurate edge detection. It's only really designed to work on completely untouched RAW images, but none of their literature makes that clear pre-purchase. The only Topaz product I'm not a big fan of is DeNoise.
Now, I need to help them and together, we can get to the bottom of this problem. And now they want me to do a Zoom screen share.

Update at 2:30: They thanked me for getting back to them. It is now 1PM and I just got in from fieldwork and still no response to this early morning email. Very early this morning I emailed them this news that the problem continues. So I missed a weekend of incorporating this software that I like a lot (when needed) into my work. They responded Friday with some help but alas, it did not correct the problem. Now, I am getting an error with DeNoise and Sharpen and I am unable to process most files. I do not take updates until they have been around for awhile. Every time I opened DeNoise there was a message about an update.
